What if I've never strength trained before?
Perfect. This program is designed for beginners. We start with just 5 minutes a day and build from there. You'll learn proper form, safe movement patterns, and how to listen to your body. By Week 12, you'll be amazed at what you can do.

Will this work with my medication?
Yes. The program is designed specifically for people on GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound). The nutrition and training guidance accounts for how these meds affect your appetite, energy levels, and ability to build and maintain muscle.

How quickly will I see results?
